Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every Soar bar. If your first order isn't right for you, here's how we'll make it right.
If you ordered a 10-pack: Email us at team@soarbars.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. You do not need to ship the opened pack back.
If you ordered a 30-pack: The same applies to the first 10-pack you open, keep it. We ask that the other two 10-packs come back to us unopened and in their original packaging, with return shipping covered by you. Once we receive them, we'll refund the full value of all three packs.
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to a customer's first order of a given product. Subsequent orders and subscription renewals are not eligible for this specific guarantee; however, please see how we make things right below. If you request a return before products have been delivered, we will ask you to return all products at which point your refund will be processed.
Guarantee Guidelines
Soar reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Soar concludes that the purchaser has abused the Soar 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Soar may amend or terminate the Soar 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.

How to Request a Refund or Return
To start a refund or return, contact us at team@soarbars.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If approved, we'll send instructions on how and where to send any product that needs to come back.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us at team@soarbars.com immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund. This applies to every order, not just first orders.
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened product for resale, which is why our Satisfaction Guarantee above is structured the way it is. We also cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom or personalized orders.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a Satisfaction Guarantee request that doesn't require a return), we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
